Not quite Alexandre Dumas' Twenty Years After, only five, but none-the-less a real treat of meeting you again at Kari's.
I have known Kari for some 16 years now and it has been really amazing to see how he's gone from strength to strength, building up what amounts today to much more than a simple atelier. His facilities and his personnel at the Chapeau-de-Napoléon, in Saint-Sulpice and in Saignelégier are true impressive. Kari's independence is now firmly established when it comes to the manufacturing of his movement, the making of his dials and even the making of his cases. Looking back there are few things that Kari has not accomplished yet. You know Kari's discretion, there are indeed, there are quite a few pieces that have never been presented to the general public. Rumour has it now that, besides supervising the development of new acquired UJ, Kari will concentrate more and more on such unique, complicated pieces... He is building quite a wonderful legacy.
Amitiés!
