Independents: Having it sent to me...

...while I'd love to pick it up I live in Dubai and at present I think the logistics might be a bit tricky. Shame, because I'd love to meet it's creators in person. I'm sure I will one day.

Hi Andreas, it's about 42mm. The unitas based Habring2s are pretty chunky, I expect it will have lots of "wrist presence"

Independents: First shot of completed Habring2 Tourbillon 3D

Much, much more to come when I finally have it in my hands but Richard and Maria surprised me with this today and I simply had to share it with you all!!!!!!! It came through on my work email, a complete shock... I sat at my desk grinning like a mad thing!!!!!!!!

Flat polished screws! Blued screws were very tempting, and the Habrings do it beautifully (can't wait to see those big leaf hands once blued), however, my brief for this was: "I wanted something reminiscent of a marine chronometer, highly legible, ultra high quality but without excessive embellishme
