Finally I was able to purchase a Patek world time 5110j with an added bonus, it being a Doha edition. I have been looking for just a worldtime for almost ten years but the right time and place was just not there. I flew to singapore to personally purchase... 

Yes, the 5110 is a super Watch, and certainly an icon, at least from my point of view! BRAVO! Best, Nicolas
