More Prescher Pix

Many thanks to Tim and Carrie Jackson, who hosted a delightful dinner on Friday night with Thomas Prescher.  Thomas gave a presentation after dinner, and proved to be passionate, insightful, and also very funny!

I could stare at the twin- and three-axis watches all day -- it would be great to have the pocketwatch, as the mass isn't a problem!  Thomas did not have an example of the two-axis wristwatch on hand, but that would have to be the one for me -- I like the "TV screen" shape, and I could live without the experience of seeing the whole tourbillon assembly rotating once per hour around the opening (also, going from two to three axes raises the price about $100k).

Sorry about the picture quality -- taken in a relatively poorly-lit room in a restaurant, but thought folks might enjoy these additional photos.

Best,

Gary

Thanks for the pics, Gary, Wonderful watches. The three tourbillons were originally sold as a boxed set. Do you know if it is possible to order just the double-axis model? Regards Andrew

I am not certain...

It is possible to order the pieces separately

The AD confirms for me that it is possible to order the pieces separately. Best, Gary G

Thanks for sharing the pictures, Gary.

Too bad I couldn't make it. Are the watches big? How do they look on the wrist? Call me when you're up in the city.

Big, but not unduly so
