MB&F Legacy Machine 101 - some macro shots

 By: jrwong23 (aka watchthebin) : August 25th, 2014-02:55
Almost 2 weeks owning this lovely LM 101 and still loving it a lot! It's not the easiest watch to capture on photos especially the dial due to its very domed crystal but the movement at the back is a joy to capture on photos. The finishing by Mr Kari Vout...

Watch, Robin. How does it wear on the wrist ?

Nice on my small wrist

 By: jrwong23 (aka watchthebin) : August 25th, 2014-19:48
The watch looks bigger due to its thin bezel and large dial. At 40mm, it is ok even for my small wrist. The short lugs help too. This is the only MBF I can wear nicely without having a large watch on my small wrist. See pic below :) cheers robin ...

Simply incredible......

What a feast for the eyes, regardless of which side of the timepiece is face up. I continue to marvel at this one. Thanks for posting. Darren

Glad you like it Darren

We see the magnificience of the watch ...

that you like it so much. Congrats! "finishing by Mr Kari Voutilainen" Here I have my doubts. It is probably finished by Kari Voutilainen the brand and not the man, isntĀ“t it? By the way, the movement is my favorite part of the watch and you covered it ve...

Thanks Oliver!

I think you are right. Mr Kari is probably too busy to finish all of these pieces himself! I will check and revert. At least I can claim he is the finishing consultant hehe. I will be happy enough. Cheers robin

Yes I too am partial to classical looking watching compared to the futuristic watches from MB&F, Urwerk or HYT which at the end of the day are not wearable for someone with a small wrist like me. Also, I strongly feel that the classical watches will l...
