Just love this piece and the filigree Globe on the dial fires up when the light falls on it, just sublime work by the Master Svend Andersen S...

Congratulations

I don't really know this brand (just heard about the name) but this watch has a very nice old school look and I like that. Interesting and original choice :) Cheers, Mark

Thank You Mark...

You are absolutely right, it is a very classic World Time as it should be since it was made to commemorate the 120th Anniversary of the Inventor of the World Time complication by Sanford Flemming. Andersen is one of the great AHCI watch makers who hasn't ...

I'll have a look at him

Are the timezones correct?

 By: chintu : December 13th, 2014-23:29
To me it appears that the timezones are incorrectly marked. In the image, Dubai shows a time of 0240 hours in the image (gmt+4) . New Delhi should be Gmt+530, which would translate into 04:10 am. Instead of 0410 hours the New Delhi marker seems to be alig...

Never aligned it

 By: SALMANPK : December 14th, 2014-13:16
I just fixed the time on it and thats it, I don't wear it often, so can't be bothered to align and adjust it every single time. S

The city dial ring is incorrectly marked

 By: chintu : December 15th, 2014-02:24
What I meant was that from the image it appears that the city ring itself is incorrectly designed. It was not about the user having to adjust specifically for New Delhi. To me it appears that , New Delhi (India) has been wrongly marked off by Svend Anders...

One correction. The mis-spelling was in AP

 By: chintu : December 15th, 2014-02:34
New Delhi is wrongly spelt as "New Dehli" in the Audemars Piguet - Metropolis Quantieme Perpetuel.

I completely agree..

however I am expecting big things from him in the future. S
