That's really an amazing piece. If it's indeed a 3 bridge tourbillon from 1875 in good shape, it's definitely museum worth.
As per forum usual rules I can't give an estimate, but look into Antiquorum online database for similar pocket watches and you'll see.
It's a remarkable family heirloom, hold onto it!
