whilst I think it would be difficult for OP to make a re-issue , what about Rolex????? afterall, they made it in the first place, they call this left field thinking LOL but I cant see them doing, professional etiquette maybe OP can buy some triplock crown...

Thats a total Rolex made piece. They dialed the cases because Panerai did not take the full order of made cases. If anyone remakes it, it should be Rolex.
