Officine Panerai: I agree, we all should own one. And these days some of the others from this time are not very expensive.

I also believe every watch lover should own a Cartier. But I haven’t executed on that one yet.

I’m not so hard wearing on my watches. I had own two other PVD Panerai in the past and all held up well.

There was nothing else in the modern line up which appealed more. To me.

I could never get my head around a white dial. The 594 if you can find one would be a great one to own. Good luck with that search.

Chopard: I like the idea, generally.

I don’t know this watch so hard to comment specifically on the reference itself. However, I do like the airport codes and the general idea of a World Timer. 40mm or below I think it a critical choice. Not that you couldn’t have enough interest for a 25 piece run at 42mm, but I think size will elimin
