Not at all...
First of all, all of our eyes are only getting older. Very few of us are getting younger. But there is definitely some possible variation in the manufacturing process. Also, some cloudy days and sunny days make the dials look very different.
It was more on the hands than the dial.
Some 5960’s hands look more white than green. But as you say Patrick it could be the light. Thank you for your input. M.
Yeah, and could be the charge on the lume...
Some lumes get charged more even in similar lighting conditions. Keep in mind, it's the UV spectrum that charges lume, not the normal "light spectrum" so you could be in a very bright room but the wavelength may be more "red wavelength" then the lume won'...

with lume used in Patek pieces, that you refused from buying some pieces?
Completely personal preference
But for me I don’t like lume on Patek complications. I think a complication looks much better without this feature. For me completely cheapens the feel. I don’t mind it on the 5960 because of its sporty feel. M.
