Dornbluth 99.4

Hey Everyone

This is Mohammed from Saudi Arabia and this is my first post. Allow me to share with you my recent addition; Dornbluth 99.4. I had the watch for over a month now and I’m in love with every bit of it (the Dial, hands, applied numbers, the movement and even the strap)

After 10 months of inpatient waiting, the watch finally arrived and WOW it worth the waiting.  First I ordered 99.1 model and few months later I changed to 99.4. I changed to the latter, because of the sportier chronograph feeling to dial with two “oversized” eccentric seconds display and a jumping date pointer style display. 

For the dial, I chose the sterling silver with raised polished sliver numerals and of course the hands are blue flamed. The case mixed polished and brushed case and I choose the bezel to be fully polished. The outcome result is gorgeous, the whole thing, the dial, numbers, hands and case glow nicely with lights.

Now the movement, which is another peace of art. The rose gold plated movement is nicely done and decorated with Geneva strips, beveled edges, gold chatons with blue screws, hand engraved  manufacturer name and model and hand engraved balance cock.  Furthermore, I had the name of my beloved daughters engraved on the movement.

For the strap I chose a grey alligator strap, which fits nicely with watch, and Dirk was kind enough to give another black brown strap free of charge.
