Hi respo, Your faithful moderator has taken it upon himself to bear the burden of getting you a wristshot of the 1921. Oh, the sacrifices we make for our readers! Enjoy! Bill...

Sacrifices......

Can do!

Despite the difficulties in strapping a watch on the "other" wrist and trying to hold the camera steady with the "weak" hand, your faithful moderator has come through again....though he is not sure he likes the look.... I have known this to be a problem f...

We'll never enought talk about our Hard Work, Bill. This post is

Really appropriate, and this 1921 is damn cool. How did you do to give it back to its owner. We're exposed to so many pains and temptations that we must be Saints! Best, Nicolas

But give it back I did.....

I drove back home wearing my SUF today. (But I really do want a 1921!) Bill

Bill, you're not the only one who wants one! ;-) [nt]

Thank you, Mr. Moderator!

That is just what I was looking for and at the right angle one would see the watch if one were looking down at one's own wrist -- excellent job, Bill. I appreciate your sacrifices. As Nicolas so modestly stated, you hard working moderators are saintly. Bu...

Congratulations on your 1000th post!

I'm glad you find my wristshot useful. FWIW, my wrist is about 7 1/2 inches around. I'm looking forward to when you share your wristshot of this watch! Bill

Thanks -- I did not even notice

But thank YOU for noticing that I had reached 1,000 posts. Cool. I am still not sure if and when I would add this to the "collection," but I am definitely looking for a non-round watch, and this might fit the bill nicely. I am going to try to be patient o...

Retail pricing...

 By: WHL : November 5th, 2009-18:37
The 1921 has an MSRP of $24,900. The Patrimony Traditionnelle, with the same caliber 4400, has an MSRP of $14,400. It is a HUGE difference in price, and hard to justify rationally. But I'd really rather have the 1921. Bill

Me, too

And when staring at a beauty like that 1921, rationality likely flies out the window. respo

It's a dirty job, Bill . . .
