Big, but not unduly so

Hey, Allen,

The multi-axis tourbies are thick, as they need to be for the cage to rotate on its vertical axis.  The triple axis is 16 mm thick, if memory serves.  Yet, the presentation is simple enough that I can easily imagine wearing the watch.

The pocket watch is really thick -- but that in some ways adds to its appeal to me.

The other watches ("arms in the air") are somewhat thinner -- certainly thinner than the PSM piece I wore that night to the dinner.

I'll alert you when I'm going to be up in the city -- will be good to catch up.

Best,

Gary G

Many thanks to Tim and Carrie Jackson, who hosted a delightful dinner on Friday night with Thomas Prescher. Thomas gave a presentation after dinner, and proved to be passionate, insightful, and also very funny! A few pictures: The single axis tourbillon T...

Thanks for the pics, Gary, Wonderful watches. The three tourbillons were originally sold as a boxed set. Do you know if it is possible to order just the double-axis model? Regards Andrew

I am not certain...

The AD confirms for me that it is possible to order the pieces separately. Best, Gary G

Too bad I couldn't make it. Are the watches big? How do they look on the wrist? Call me when you're up in the city.
