Breaking news: Burglary at Independents Specialist Tempus Arte Dresden!

Martina Richter from the German watch magazine Uhren-Magazin reports that a burglary happened yesterday at the renowned independent watch specialist Tempus Arte in Dresden, Germany (see opening report by Oliver and myself). The (unidentified) burglars smashed one showcase and managed to take with them several valuable timepieces before they embarked on a sudden getaway - several watches lay scattered around in the boutique.

Hope the people responsible are caught soon and the watches recovered.

Watches have serial numbers and service tracking. Rare watches are not serviceable by 'Mom & Pop' repairers. How are they going to 'fence' the goods unless its for personal use only..... That is why the smart robber steals jewellery to be broken into ...
