Fired enamel, yes...

Hi Jay,
It is indeed the real deal. Marco uses the enamel dial company that I think is the only one doing these, Donze. I don't know if this is the correct spelling. Peter S-M  uses the same company. The finished dial is lovely.
One great aspect of Marco's pieces is the serial number of the watch is fired into the dial. Each dial unique to each watch.

I've attached a couple of images of my friend Roger's Albert, shows the dial quite well.

The lovely movement:

Warm regards,

Has anyone played with or do they have any experience with this watch? Is it very heavy on the wrist, and how smooth is the pusher? Is it Dato smooth? Certainly pictures of the movement are very nice. Just wondering. Thank You, Jay

Very nice piece

I have seen and handled the watch, and my impression of it is that while it is substantially sized it is not too heavy at all, and also that the mechanism operates very smoothly. Can't offer a direct comparison with the Dato -- will leave this to others. ...

Isn't 44mm a monster, especially with the 3rd lug? The movement just looks hot.

It has a level of class that is so nice. Is it finished flawlessly? Also, is the dial fired enamel? I need to go to Dresden, lol. Thanks, Jay

Hi Jay, It is superb, finished flawlessly mmm, I don't think any watch could receive that. The human touch is not flawless by definition. It is indeed an enamel dial with single sunk second hand sub dial. The 60 minute counter around the outside is in blu...
