Some doubts, those more knowledgeable could enlighten me
1) I wonder why the local time has hands in different colours. Wouldn't it be clearer to show the local time with gilt hands and the home meridian time with a blue hand?
2) I suppose it is spring driven and has fusees?
3) Is the bob at the back for levelling? (6th picture from the top, in front of 'D Walter Santa Barbara)
