Perhaps there are no bad watches, just bad watch owners, but I would have little appetite to own a watch formerly the property of such a chap. I hope those that can bear it get a bargain and it goes to good cause!

are such experts at describing high end watches. The terminology that they use including the type of clasp, dial etc. is really accurate. Maybe there is a WIS position at Treasury?

If you give that collection a careful second look, it shows some thematic direction and quite a deal of discrimination. Many may not appeal much personally, but leaving aside a few aberrations (who hasn't got some of those?) it's quite a clever collection...
