Our forums are meant for discussion of wristwatch appreciation in all aspects and regards, negative as well as positive.  Controversies are not forbidden.  There is, however, an expectation that any conversation be conducted as though it were within the context of an actual discussion between real people.  The tenor of your missive, and more importantly, the essence of your message, was decidedly not constructive.  It was, on the contrary, entirely dismissive.  

It's understood you've come to the end of your rope, and have decided to no longer engage in any contact with Chronoswiss.  By the same token, I hope you understand that such a message is essentially an indictment without constructive purpose.  Assume you were at a social gathering.   Would you proclaim that a person known to everyone present was a derelict?   In all likelihood, no.  And that is precisely why I've removed your post. Not so much for the content of the message as the context.
