Hysek had several movement suppliers...

and this one doesn't have any particular features that I would recognise as coming from one or another supplier.
It does look to be a prototype, Nr. 0 from 30 and is missing some pieces I would suggest.
At least several screws are not in place and to be seen is at least one insert that is probably for positioning a bridge.
If the movement would be complete I would not expect to see something like that even if it is a prototype.
Such a prototype movement is extremely rare.
The manufacturers usually do everything in their powers to keep such a piece, which is not really fit for production and not completely tested not to mention not finished as customers would expect, from showing up on the market.  They know that they will only cause problems if someone shows up with it saying it needs to be repaired.  It may not be possible to repair it.
And welcome to the forum !  Do let us see what else you have in your collection.
