Funny, I stopped by Watchbox the week after the film went live, the team there was freaking out about it I will say I think WB will be a good patron for DB. When I stopped by WB to have them look at some dirt in my DB28 everyone was super attentive. Tim Mosso even louped my DB28, apologized that it probably needed to go back to the manufacture, and asked how my experience has been and if I'm happy with the watch! It sounds silly but in last few service experiences with other brands, no one has EVER apologized, and I'm not sure a brand representative has ever asked me if I've been happy with their watch in a sincere way. And then earlier this week I apologized to Pierre for showing up without a DB since mine is at the spa and he in turn apologized that it had to go back to the spa it all. If not for the long waits for new pieces (2024/5?) and significant rise in pre-owned prices, I'd sell a kidney and have an arm party of De Bethunes right now.
