thanks a bunch everyone smile am enjoying the watch tremendously. its such a good looker, i can't help but take tons and tons of pics...

Nicolas, thanks for the compliments... As I view you as a man with a great taste in watches, you need to get a piece from Vianney, no doubt about it smile haha

Thanks George, Jon, DRMW, Fernando, SJX...

Hi Dom, I think for the numbers you referenced the brochure with the production numbers from 1998-2008 and I believe you're right on that. They made final deliveries of the last few Classics recently i believe so if anyone's looking to own this piece, best to go get it now smile

Hi Don, totally agree with your comments and thanks.

Hi Steve, interesting to spot one there in the wild... so far other than gtgs with the local watch brigade i haven't seen it in the wild...

Totally in agreement Bernard... which is why my wife's not wearing mine smile haha

Massi, look forward to the day... I can see many fine watches in your future smile

Quan, its a gorgeous piece indeed and great in any collection.

Happy Sunday all.

cheers

I am one of the 33 owners of the YG since 2004. Sexually agressive woman's watch(chuckles)

I still wear my classic. After so many unusual watches, the Classic is exactly that..a classic. It will share a space with Lange 1 and IWC Cal 5000 as landmarks for our generation of high end pieces. I still feel that by today's standards, it makes the mo...

Well done Raph!

The way the name "Vianney HALTER" off-sets the symmetry of the dial-face by giving the Classic a certain touch of "strangeness" or mystery that helps transform this already extremely beautiful piece into a lasting - even everlasting work of art. Not just ...

Sorry for the glitch

Of course you are - Raph, not Ralph! By the way, I often enjoy winding the Classic by hand. It tingles between thumb and finger, like the GPJH.

its totally cool...

Well, in fact, I really discovered this watch when I visited the manufacture few weeks ago. I fell in love for the Antiqua in 2001 and this classic was too classic from the pictures I saw on the internet, I kept focussed on the Antiqua and then on the Tri...
