A few more McGonigle pictures...

Hi all,

as already has been said - the finish is really outstanding!

I also found their design, which I've to admit didn't appeal to me to the same degree in the pictures I had seen before,
is absolutely beautifull.  It's one of those pieces, although looking "great" in pictures,  seeing and handling the real piece
is quite different. Maybe that's partly due to the special saphire dial - a pain to photograph - but at the same time reveals
somthing new with every move of the wrist - but without beeing "busy" for example.

Perhapps that's the secret of this creation - seemingly large, plain surfaces - nothing is "showy" or "loud" - the ornamental engravings
on the backside for example, are nicely counterbalanced by the large surface of the full mainplate.

One should also note that this style of finish, as plain and simple it may seem - it isn't. It's even more difficult to come closed
to perfection with this style as this style of surfaces isn't "forgiving" at all. If one would like to impress  with most economic
efforts - that would be  exactly the wrong way smile

Hope you enjoy
Best regards
Suitbert
